After working as a bartender for over 10 years, I opened 'Bar Thistle' in 2019. While honoring the local character of Nagoya, I aim to make authentic bars more accessible and enjoyable. We actively host events where we invite bartenders from all over Japan and continually explore new and creative ways to enjoy cocktails.
